the staff was friendly! onsite car parking was available, i thought that was convenient. the room was nice and neat, it was nice after a long day.
the heater in my room was noisy! it kept me up all night. the bathroom layout was poor, not enough space to sit comfortably on the toilet.

I had a large, spacious bedroom! all staff were lovely and helpful. I appreciated this. the location is on good bus routes, and there's lots of parking available, which helped.
the red flashing light on the smoke detector was a slight irritation.

bar area excellent restaurant convenient parking superb staff
i enjoyed the room and grounds so much, especially the bar area. the restaurant was also excellent, offering a good dining experience. parking near the entrance helped a lot. the staff was superb .
the grounds would benefit from a tidier appearance, as some areas seemed a little unkempt.

The bed was comfortable. The telly, massive. i found the sausages at breakfast excellent and enjoyed dinner. the staff was helpful! it's a gem.

convenient location frequent bus free parking pubic hair sour milk dirty brush
i found the location really convenient, near a bus stop. buses went directly into the city center so frequently! i booked a classic twin room. the hotel provided free parking right outside, it was very helpful. the staff were also polite.
i found pubic hair in the bathroom around the floor edges! there was also old stinky sour milk in the fridge. i saw housekeeping put cleaning cloths on top of the loo brush. it was without a lid!
